For over 25 years, Jo has helped leadership teams navigate growth, transformation and increasing organisational complexity as a former Chief People Officer. Having held senior executive leadership roles at FutureDeluxe, AKQA and The Marketing Store, she brings first-hand experience of scaling high-growth businesses, developing leadership capability and creating the organisational conditions for sustained business performance.

Following five years as a trusted adviser through her consultancy, Culture Co, Jo was invited to join FutureDeluxe's executive team as Chief People Officer after the business secured private equity investment. She partnered with the founders to prepare the business for ambitious global growth, building the leadership capability, operating rhythms and cultural foundations needed to scale internationally across London, New York, Los Angeles and Sydney.

Today, Jo partners with founders, CEOs and leadership teams across the creative, technology, professional services, higher education and public sectors to help turn strategic ambition into business performance. A qualified Performance and Executive Coach and an accredited Insights Discovery® Practitioner, she combines executive coaching, facilitation and organisational development to strengthen leadership alignment and accountability.
