For over 20 years, Marc has built a career as an international and highly commercial CFO, COO and growth adviser across marketing communications, media and professional services. Having spent the majority of his executive career in senior financial and operational roles within complex international businesses, including US, UK and French listed groups, he has worked with and led teams across 20 countries, combining deep operating experience with a strong strategic and commercial perspective.
Marc's executive career includes 12 years at TBWA, where he rose to International Controller, working across New York, Paris, Moscow and several Central and Eastern European markets. In 2011, he joined Publicis Worldwide as CFO for Western Europe, later becoming European CFO with responsibility for Western Europe and Central and Eastern Europe, before also taking on the CFO role for the UK. Based across Paris, Hamburg and London, he worked closely with regional and local CEOs on growth strategy, operational performance, business planning and restructurings, as well as major client contract negotiations, acquisitions and integrations.
Before moving into advisory, Marc was CFO of WPP Media in France, formerly GroupM, where he led a comprehensive transformation of the business and reorganised support functions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and financial performance. Based in Paris, he now works with founders and management teams on growth strategy, business planning, operational and financial performance, organisation and value creation, and mergers and acquisitions when relevant.
